Letter from            TVA to NRC, dated              August 25, 1992, BFN  TVA BFN TS No. 327 Low Range Drywell                          Pressure Indicator and Recorder In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, we are submitting a supplement to TS-327 which was submitted by the referenced letter (Enclosure 1).
The proposed change for Unit 2 is an administrative change to revise the labels (i.e., unit identification number) for the high range primary containment radiation recorders as listed in Tables 3.2.F and 4.2.F.
TVA has evaluated the proposed Technical Specification amendment against the criteria provided by 10 CFR 50.92 and has determined that no significant hazards considerations are involved. The proposed Technical Specification amendment is bounded by the no significant hazards evaluation provided by the reference letter. The reason for the change, description and justification in support of the proposed amendment is enclosed (Enclosure 2). The proposed determination of no significant hazards considerations is contained in Enclosure 3. We rec(uest that these specifications be made effective 30 days after issuance.
