[External_Sender] TSTF-542 Implementation change request On August 7, 2017, Nebraska Public Power District submitted to the NRC a license amendment request to adopt TSTF-542, "Reactor Pressure Vessel Water inventory Control" (ML17228A042). The submittal passed acceptance review, RAIs have been answered, and the request is nearing its final approval, possibly in June 2018. The license amendment implementation will require a large scope of changes in processes, procedures, training, etc. The change management plan time line developed for this license amendment was based on a one-year NRC review and approval which was thought to conclude in August 2018. With approval possibly occurring in June 2018, the 60 day implementation time requested will not be achievable. It is intended to use this license amendment during the next refuel outage this fall (RE30), therefore, NPPD is requesting that the 60 day implementation time period originally requested be revised to state the license amendment will be implemented prior to refuel outage 30.
