Dear Mr. Heacock:
This letter confirms our plans, as discussed between members of our staffs, to hold a Regulatory Conference to discuss a preliminary White finding. The details regarding the issue were conveyed to you in our Inspection Report 0500305/2012503 dated January 24, 2013.
