==Dear Mr. Pacilio:==
By letter dated February 24, 2011, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML110200143), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 200 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-11 and Amendment No. 187 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-18 for the LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2, respectively.

The amendment adopted the NRC-approved Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF-425), Revision 3, "Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control-RITSTF Initiative 5b" in response to your application dated February 15, 2010 (ADAMS) Accession No. ML100480009), as supplemented by letter dated April 26, June 23, and August 3, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML101160374, ML101750102, and ML110390169, respectively).
The TSTF-425 relocates most periodic frequencies of Technical Specifications (TS) surveillances to a licensee-controlled program, the Surveillance Frequency Control Program, and provides requirements for the new program in the Administrative Controls section of the TS. After issuance, it became apparent that page 3 of the Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and NPF-18 were not correct. Please remove page 3 for Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and NPF-18 issued on February 24,2001, and replace it with the enclosed corrected versions.

UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 March 29, 2011 Mr. Michael J. Pacilio President and Chief Nuclear Officer Exelon Nuclear 4300 Winfield Road Warrenville, IL 60555

SUBJECT:

LASALLE COUNTY STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2- CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENTS REGARDING RISK-INFORMED JUSTIFICATION FOR THE RELOCATION OF SPECIFIC SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY REQUIREMENTS TO A LICENSEE-CONTROLLED PROGRAM (TAC NOS.

ME3363 AND ME3364)

Dear Mr. Pacilio:

This error did not impact Amendments No. 200 and No. 187 and does not change the NRC staff conclusions.

M. Pacilio -2 We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please call me at (301) 415-2315.

Sincerely, IRA!
