283 AUXILIARYELECTRICAL SYSTEM UNITS 2 6 3 In accordance with the provisions of,10 CFR 50.4 and 50.90, TVA is submitting a request for an amendment to license's DPR-'2 and DPR-68 to change the BFN Technical Specifications for Units, 2 and 3 (Enclosure 1). This proposed amendment will assure the availability of emergency power from unit 3 to support unit 2 operation.

A summary of the proposed change is provided in Enclosure 2. The reason and justification for the proposed change is provided in Enclosure 3. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration is provided in Enclosure 4,

TVA requests that these changes be made effective 30 days after NRC approval.
