September 1, 2015 NRC Supplement to NRC Letter - NOTIFICATION OF NRC INSPECTION AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION dated May 1, 2015 (ML15124A927). (Hereafter Items referred to are from this NRC Information Request Letter)

Part A Items - NRC Information Requests- Palisades Nuclear Plant The following information has not yet been provided and is needed upon arrival at the site.

1) ITEM A.2 of NRC Information Request Letter- NDE Procedures

a. Ultrasonic Examination (Phased Array) procedure which supports the scheduled volumetric examination of weld PCS-2-DRL-1H1-1.

b. Ultrasonic Examination procedures that support the scheduled volumetric examination of the 9 primary coolant system welds identified in Code relief request 4-18. Additionally, provide the supporting procedure qualification records.

c. 54-ISI-604-012; Automated Ultrasonic Examination of Open Tube RPV Closure Head Penetrations. Additionally, provide the supporting procedure qualification records.
