| The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) recently issued license Amendment Nos. 249 and 242 to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-19 and DPR-25, respectively, for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Units 2 and 3 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML 15343A 126, dated April 29, 2016). The license amendment package included a DNPS Unit 2 license page which contained a format error identified by a member of your staff during a post issuance review. Correction of the error does not change the licensed condition, conclusions reflected in the NRC's safety evaluation, nor does it change information previously noticed to the public. Additionally, an amended license page for DNPS Unit 3 (Amendment No. 242, page 4) was identified as having two (2) minor format discrepancies which have since been corrected by a subsequent licensing action and requires no further action. UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 June 7, 2016 Mr. Bryan C. Hanson Senior Vice President Exelon Generation Company, LLC President and Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO)
Exelon Nuclear 4300 Winfield Road Warrenville, IL 60555
SUBJECT:
DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 2-CORRECTION TO RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-19 LICENSE PAGE (CAC NO. MF5734)
Dear Mr. Hanson:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) recently issued license Amendment Nos. 249 and 242 to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-19 and DPR-25, respectively, for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Units 2 and 3 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15343A126, dated April 29, 2016).
CORRECTION INFORMATION:
The DNPS Unit 2 Renewed Facility Operating License DPR-19 license page 9A, paragraph E, 2nd paragraph, was not formatted to include an indent. A corrected version of this license page may be found in the enclosure to this letter and is consistent with the NRC's current Authority File for DNPS Unit 2 located in public ADAMS (ML052990131 ).
B. Hanson If there are any questions regarding this matter, please call me at (301) 415-1129.
