FEMA staff evaluated the plwne exposure pathway emergency planning zone (EPZ) around the South Texas Project (STP) located near Wadsworth, Matagorda County, Texas. There were no Level 1 Findings (Deficiencies), One Level 2 finding (Area Requiring Corrective Action) that was corrected on the spot, and no Plan Issues identified during this Drill.

Therefore, 44 CPR Part 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Texas site-specific to STP will remain in effect.
