- 1) and includes four Enclosures.
Enclosure 1 provides responses to each RAI question and utilizes the markup function to identify specific changes to the Duke Energy Implementation Schedule and Cyber Security Plan.Enclosure 2 identifies proposed deviations from NEI 08-09 Revision 6, Appendix A. The deviations are minor editorial changes.Enclosure 3 provides revision to the Duke Energy Implementation Schedule.
This revision supersedes the regulatory commitments that were previously provided in Reference 4.Enclosure 4 contains a revised Duke Energy Cyber Security Plan. This revision supersedes the information that was previously provided in Reference 4 for the Duke Energy Implementation Schedule and Cyber Security Plan.Duke Energy requests that Enclosures 1, 2, 3, and 4 which contain security-related information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.There are no additional regulatory commitments contained in this response.The information provided in this response does not impact the Significant Hazards Consideration conclusions provided in the August 16, 2010, submittal (Reference 4).If you should have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Tolani Owusu at (704) 382-1420.Sincerely, John W.
