In the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN)-TVA BFN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION NO.238-SURVEILLANCE INTERVALS In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50e4 and 50.90, we are submitting, a request for an amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the BFN Technical Specifications for units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).This proposed amendment will delete the absolute surveillance intervals for five surveillance requirements and by so doing allow use of the interval extension that is part of the BFN Technical Specification definition of surveillance.

This amendment has been identified as a restart requirement.
