Reference:

Entergy Operations, Inc. Letter to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Submittal of Owner's Activity Report Form for lnservice Inspection Performed During Operation Cycle 24/Refuel 24," (ADAMS Accession No. ML22220A306), dated August 8, 2022.

In the referenced letter, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) provided the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (WF3) Owner's Activity Report (OAR) for Operating Cycle 24/Refuel 24.

Following submittal of that letter, EOI identified components that were omitted from Table 1 (items with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service) of the OAR. This issue has been entered into the WF3 corrective action program. The enclosure provides a revised OAR that includes an updated Table 1 with components that did not meet the VT-3 acceptance criteria provided by ASME Section XI. These components were evaluated for acceptability in accordance with the 2007 Edition through the 2008 Addenda of ASME Section XI, Subsection IWF-3122.3. Table 2 (abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service) of the OAR provided in the referenced letter remains unchanged.
