2) EA-22-119: Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 - Final Significance Determination of a White Finding, Notice of Violation, and Follow-Up Assessment Letter; NRC Inspection Report 05000382/2023090, (ADAMS Accession No. ML23025A384), dated February 1, 2023 By letter dated September 12, 2022, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) determined the performance at Waterford Steam Electric Station (Waterford 3) was within the Regulatory Response column of the NRC's Action Matrix (Reference 1). In a subsequent letter dated February 1, 2023, the NRC determined that Waterford 3 continues to be in the Regulatory Response column of the NRC's Action Matrix (Reference 2).

In both letters, the NRC announced its intent to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001 following Waterford 3's notification of readiness.

This letter serves as the notification of Waterford 3's readiness for the NRC to perform the supplemental inspection for both of these issues.
