Dear Sir:
Please find enclosed the Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) report for the ILRT completed at Clinton Power Station (CPS) on November 23, 1993 during the last refueling outage. As required by 10CFR50 Appendix J, the enclosed report provides an analysis and interpretation of the Type A test and the results and analyses of the associated supplemental verification test. As documented in the enclosed renort, the ILRT results satisfied all acceptance criteria and was successful in confirming -
the leak tightness of.the containment. In addition, the enclosed report provides a summary analysis of the periodic Type B and C tests performed since the last Type A test completed on March 2,1991 (reference Illinois Power letter U-601847 dated July 10,1991). The next ILRT is scheduled to be performed during the sixth refueling outage (RF-6) which is _
currently scheduled to begin October 6,1996.
