The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of a change in medical status for two (2) licensed operators in accordance with 10 CFR 55.25 and 10 CFR 50.74(c).

The names, license numbers, and docket numbers for these individuals are provided in Attachment I to this letter.

Attachment II to this letter provides the Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee

{i.e., NRC Form 396) for the two (2) licensed operators at H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2. The NRC Form 396's are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 55.23 to reflect medical changes for the individual's operating licenses. Duke Energy Progress, LLC requests that the licenses for these individual be maintained and continued, with the change in medical status, in accordance with 10 CFR 55.33(b).
