.As requested in NRC *Special Inspection Report 05000458/2015009, this letter is to inform the NRC of our intentions regarding the Preliminary White Finding for failure to maintain the simulator consistent with actual plant response for normal and transient conditions related to feedwater flows, alarm response, and behavior of the startup feedwater regulating valve controller. River Bend will submit its position on the preliminary finding to the NRC in writing.
