Annual Property Insurance Status Report As required by 10 CFR 50.54, .. Conditions of licenses, .. paragraph (w)(3), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is required each year to report to the NRC the current levels and sources of insurance that demonstrates EGC possesses sufficient financial resources to stabilize and decontaminate a reactor and reactor station site in the event of an accident. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), this report is required to be submitted on April 1st of each year.

To satisfy the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3), EGC is submitting the following status of nuclear property insurance currently maintained for our plants.

Exelon Generation Company, LLC Braidwood Station $2.10 billion Byron Station $2.1 0 billion Clinton Power Station $2.1 0 billion Dresden Nuclear Power Station $2.1 0 billion LaSalle County Station $2.1 0 billion Limerick Generating Station $2.1 0 billion Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station $2.10 billion Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station $2.10 billion Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station $2.1 0 billion Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 $2.10 billion The insurance maintained for each facility is provided through insurance policies purchased from Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.

• The $2.10 billion coverage includes an $850 Million blanket policy.
