FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant - Order Approving Direct Transfer of Renewed Facility Operating License and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation General License and Conforming Amendment (CAC Nos. MF8293 and MF 8294)"
As required by 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (w}(3}, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is required each year to report to the NRC the current levels and sources of insurance that demonstrates EGC possesses sufficient financial resources to stabilize and decontaminate a reactor and reactor station site in the event of an accident. In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.54(w)(3), this report is required to be submitted on April 1st of each year.
EGC is submitting the following updated status of nuclear property insurance currently maintained for our plants.

The insurance maintained for each facility is provided through insurance policies purchased from Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.
The above insurance policies provide coverage that satisfies the criteria specified in 10 CFR 50.54(w).
