In accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Code Case N-532-5, Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and Inservice Inspection Summary Report Preparation and Submission,Section XI, Division 1, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) herein submits the Owner's Activity Report for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP). The report contains a listing of one examination with indications that required evaluation for continued service, and an abstract of seven repair/replacement activities that were required for continued service. These activities were performed during the PNP twenty-fifth fuel cycle and the subsequent 2017 refueling outage (1 R25). The PNP refueling outage was completed on May 17, 2017.

This letter identifies no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
