Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc (ENO) is enclosing the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP)
Owner's Activity Report in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Article IWA-6000, and ASME Code Case N-532-4. The report contains abstracts of one non-destructive examination indication and two repairlreplacement activities completed at PNP during the twentieth fuel cycle and 2009 refueling outage that were required for continued service. EN0 completed the PNP refueling outage on May 2, 2009.
Summary of Commitments This letter identifies no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
