In accordance with ASME Section XI, Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and In-service Summary Report Preparation and Submission" Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No.3 hereby submits 2013 Form OAR-i, Owners Activity Report for Inservice Inspections. This report describes relevant conditions that required evaluation and repairs and replacements performed during the period April 2011 through April 2013.
