Dear Sir:
The purpose of this ietter is to withdraw the Inservice Inspection Program request for relief RR3-29(S) submitted in the referenced letter. The relief request, to allow visual examination of snubbers in accordance with IWF-2510, was discussed with the NRC reviewer and a subsequent decision was made to withdraw the request.
