Dear Sir:

In accordance with ASME Section Xl, Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission,"

Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2 (IP2) hereby submits 2008 Form OAR-i, Owners Activity Report for Inservice Inspections. This report describes relevant conditions that required evaluation and repairs and replacements performed during the period June 2006 through April 2008. IP2's fourth ten year interval began March 1, 2007.

There are no new commitments being made in this submittal.

E-A / El1.11 Accessible Surface Areas of the CR-IP2-2008-1892 - During ISI of the VC liner, loose and bulging insulation panels were noted. Engineering Containment Liner evaluated the condition and the condition was accepted as is.

F-A / F1.10 Class 1 Piping Support / 64 SR 23 CR-IP2-2008-1614 - A loose nut was found on top of the u-bolt. Engineering evaluated the condition and the indication was accepted as is, however, the nut was tightened for future design configuration.

l F-At F.10 Class I Piping Support / ACH 517 ICR-1P2-2008-1818 - The top of the rod on the spring can was found bent, deflecting the scale indicator.

Engineering evaluated the condition and the indication was accepted as is.

F-A / F1.20 Class 2 Piping Support / SIH 41 CR-1P2-2008-1311 - Minor boron accumulation was noted between the top of the pipe and the support.
