In accordance with ASME Section XI, Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and In-service Summary Report Preparation and Submission" Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No.3 (IP3) hereby submits 2011 Form OAR-I, Owners Activity Report for Inservice Inspections. This report describes relevant conditions that required evaluation and repairs and replacements performed during the period April 2009 through April 2011.
