In accordance with ASME Section XI, Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission,"

Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2 (1P2) hereby submits 2010 Form OAR-i, Owners Activity Report for Inservice Inspections. This report describes relevant conditions that required evaluation and repairs and replacements performed during the period June 2008 through April 2010.

There are no new commitments being made in this submittal.

2R19 Refueling Outage IP2 Owner Activity Report First Period UH-It-';-,U1U-1bl-:- i ne spring can settings were outside tne range or tne not and cold load setting specitmi on the support detail drawing. Engineering evaluated the condition and the spring can is operable , due to deviation from the required settings is only approximately 10%. Based on the accuracey of setting spring cans, a 10% deviation is acceptable.

F-A/ Fl.1OC Class 1 Piping Support/ RCH 76 CR-IP2-2010-1628 - The spring can settings were outside the range of the hot and cold load setting specified on the support detail drawing. Engineering evaluated the condition and the spring can is operable.

F-A / Fl.10C Class 1 Piping Support / RCH 78 CR-IP2-2010-1626 - One end of each spring can was found bulged on both sides and top spring can rod to pipe clamp is slightly bent.The actual load settings could not be determined. Engineering has evaulated the condition and has concluded that the as found condition is acceptable. This condition was previously noted during 1997 RFO.
