Attached as Enclosure 1 are the marked up pages to the Emergency Plan. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized to show the changes for revision 27a. contains security-related information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present security vulnerabilities. Therefore, UUSA requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4).
