FYI: NRC Review of St. Lucie Subsequent License Renewal Application Hello Audra, I am emailing you to let you know that the NRC has received FPLs application for subsequent license renewal of St. Lucie, and the staff is in the preliminary stages of its environmental review. As we discussed during our last agency-to-agency meeting, we anticipate initiating ESA Section 7 consultation for this action when we issue the draft EIS. Currently, that is scheduled for October 2022.

In the meantime, I would like to share a few pieces of information and links with you:

• NRCs Federal Register notice (FRN) concerning the NEPA scoping process for this action is at 86 FR 58701. The scoping period will run until November 22nd. Information on how to submit scoping comments is included in the FRN.

• We have two virtual public meetings scheduled for November 3rd at 1pm and 6pm EST.
