WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES The subject rule was reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (0MB) at the proposed rule stage and was assigned OMB control number 3150-0143. No further 0MB clearance actions are required; however, the following modifications must be made to the final rule:
The enclosed paragraph should be added to the " Paperwork Reduction Act Statement" (Supplementary Information,Section XII), and 662.8 must list the sections approved by 0MB (9562.11, 62.12, 62.13, 62.14, and 62.15)(see enclosed sample).
