l This memorandum is in response to your memorandum of August 5,1988, in which '
you request NRR concurrence in the subject document.
NRR staff has reviewed the document and has found that its comments on drafts of the Analysis of Public Comments and the revisions for the final rule were incorporated in the final rule package.
NRR therefore concurs in the document and recommends it be forwarded to the EDO for transmittal to the Commission for publication in the Federal Register as a final rule. If you have any questions, please contact Darrel Nash, x21256.
