1989, at 10:30 A.M. at the offices of Shaines & McEachern, P.A., 25 Maplewood Avenue, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Mass.

AG requests that the subpoena specify that the deponent bring with him the following documents:

(a) Any and all documents relating to the involvement of

'Mr. Monahan or the Portsmouth Schools in the June 28 and 29, 1988 emergency exercise for Seabrook Station.

As grounds therefore, the Mass AG states that the State of New Hampshire has advised that Mr. Monahan, as a school supervisory union superintendent. identified in Attachment'l of the DOE procedures in Volume 4B of the NHRERP, or his representative, was called, contacted or otherwise participated in the emergency exercise for Seabrook Station. The Mass AG wishes to examine the nature and extent of that' participation and the exercise of' emergency plans for New Hampshire EPZ schools.
