Any and all documents regarding information about summer weekend population estimates ever used by the Town of Hampton Chamber of Commerce; (b)
Any and all documents which contain information regarding the method (s) or model(s) by which any such estimate (s) were derived.
Fees and mileage will be tendered to the witness upon service of the subpoena.
As grounds for their application, Applicants state chat they wish to examine Mr. French regarding the bases for statements he made in an affidavit dated February 20, 1987 concerning the Chamber of Commerce's use of certain population estimates.
Mr. French's affidavit was relied on by the Town of Hampton for the following assertions:
" Applicant has grossly underestimated the peak summer population for Town of Hampton and thereby has failed to allocate sufficient personnel, equipment, and resources to implement the Hampton RERP in event of Glen French, Executive emergency.
Director of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce, has stated by affidavit that the Chamber of Commerce estimaton the summer population for Hampton from between 150,000 to 200,000, with an upper peak population of 250,000."
