Following the Grand Gulf Subcommittee meeting at Los'Aggles, this is my brief concluding statement:

1.

I believe further discussion is needed for each omeof the points I raised in my October 12 letter.

2.

The scope of my previous discussion concerning ATWSshould be enlarged to include lower probability initiating eents (i.e.

small breaks) and coupled with failure of active caponents.
