Commonosalth Edison Comoany letter dated November 16. 1972 submits proposed modification 72-1 to the Final Safety Analysis Report covering miscellaneous changes. The primary change is the inclusion of the STARTUP/ HOT STANDBY mode of operation which has been demonstrated in the Dresden 2 and 3 reactors.
