DOCKET NO. 50-443 SEABROOK STATION, UNIT 1 AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION PEPMIT Amendment No. 7 Construction Permit No. CPPR-135 1.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) having found that:

A.

The application for amendment filed by Public Service Company of New Pampshire on behalf of itself and the other applicants *, in a letter, dated August 9, 1984, February 1, 1985, and July 10, 1985 complies with the standards and reouirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; R.

The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and C.

The issuance of this amendment will not result in any environmental impacts not previousiv considered.

2.

Accordingly, Construction Permit No. CPPR-135 is amended as follows:

A.

Change paracraph 3 to read:

3.

This permit shall be deemed to contain and be subject to the conditions specified in Sections 50.54 and 50.55, of said regulations, and orders of the Commission now or hereafter in effect, as modified by duly authorized exemptions; and is sub,iect to the conditions specified or incorported below:
