7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NOS. 50-443 AND 50-444 PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, ET.AL*

NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION PERMITS The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 7 to Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 for the Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2.

However, the exemption to which this amendment relates was granted by the NRC on November 22, 1985, which was before the effective date of the rule change. The amendments are effective as of the date of issuance.
