'Ihe atmmary of these operations should be separated into six-rrenth periods fmm the initiation of facility startup tests to the pmsent tim. 'Ihis infonration is mquested within 30 days of the date of this letter. Futum mlief valve operations should be reported in the facility semi-annual operating mports in the manner mquested above.
