COMMENTS / CONCURRENCE ON PROPOSED RULE 6 73.57 Thank you for your comments on the above rule as detailed in your October 3,1986 memorandum same subject to John Davis.

The package has been modified to accommodate all of your suggestions except for point 4 in your memorandum regarding which we offer the following comment:

Point 4. No change is deemed necessary since the supplementary information section states, "NRC personnel requiring access to the facility do not .

need to be fingerprinted by the licensee" and the rule exempts NRC employees.

Your early concurrence in this revised package will be very much appreciated.
