In answering one of your questions on March 2nd, I said the Commission had said the parties would have an opportunity to comment on the Diablo Canyon audit.

I was in error, as Chairman Palladino's March 3 letter to Chairman Udall indicates.

I, myself, do believe they should have that opportunity and expect to so vote when the opportunity arises.
