The frequency of radioactive

'y leaks, the unsolved problem of nuclear waste, the incredible catastrophe should a meltdown J.

ever occur are surely reasons enough to oppose nuclear power.

Add to that the proximity to a earthquake fault and the Diablo Canyon Plant cannot be a justified risk.

I hope the KRC weighs these facts and concludes not to license Diablo Canyon.
