Dear Commissioner Bradford:

Your efforts to critically question PG6E and the plant managers from Diablo Canyon are much needed and much appreciated.

People have little faith in big institutions, be they public or private, and certainly the institutions have failed them.

I believe PG6E in California is especially suspect. Both* common sense and common knowledge have people dismissing the company (and the NRC as well for that matter); it is obvious PG6E ignored safety (as well as which other parties?) in its rush to get at the consumer dollar. And now it should pay the price: let the nuclear plant near the Hosgri fault at Diablo Canyon be decommissioned in the public interest.
