The slippage occurred due to a change in synopsis requirerents per Temporary Regulation 75 which states that negotia-tions for award shall not comnence until 3D days after proper notice in the Casanerce Business Daily. Since the date of proper notice was November 28 1983. negotiations began on December 28. 1983. A revised a11estone schedule for the tsainder of the procurement actions is hereby attached.
