INTERVENOR MOTION TO SEQUESTER WITNESSES The issues in the reopened Phase 11 licensing hearings to be held on December 5

and 6, 1985 are essentially issues of credibility. Furthermore, the credibility issues revolve around a conino n en t e r p r i s e involving all of the witnesses to appear in the reopened hearings.

Under these circumstances, the sequestration of witnesses is appropriate.

Intervenor, Citizens Concerned About Nuclear

Power, Inc.,

therefore, moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to grant sequestration of all witnesses to be called in the reopened Phase 11 hearings. The terms of sequest rat ion requested are the same as the terms of the sequestration granted during the Phase 11 hearings.

Respectfully submitted, h
