NRC STAFF RESPONSE T3 APPLICANTS' MOTION TO ESTABLISH SCHEDULE FOR PHASE III Applicants filed a motion to establish a schedule for Phase'III of this-proceeding on October 14, 1985. By Order of the Board dated October 17, 1985, the Staff's response to that motion is due today, November 13, 1985.

The Staff agrees that further proceedings should be conducted as expeditiously as possible. The Staff therefore does not object to the schedule proposed by Applicant. The Board, in an order of October 17, 1985, indicated its intention to hold a conference call on this subject. The Staff supports the conduct of such a conference call so that any conflicts regarding the schedule may be expeditiously resolved.
