Industry Codes and Standards The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) will comment, on behalf of the nuclear industry, on the NRC Proposed Revision of 10CFR50.55a, Industry Codes and Standards. There am significant technical concerns with the proposed changes, as well as concerns regarding the regulatory basis and process followed to justify implementation of the proposed rule. The South Texas Project provided participants for the steering subcommittee developing the comments and fully endorses the comments to be provided by NEI.
