MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL AFFIDAVIT IN RESPONSE TO LICENSING BOARD'S OUESTIONS CONCERNING DESIGN OF NONCONFORMING STRUCTUPES TO WITHSTAND HURRICANES AND TORNADOS As stated in Paragraph 3 of the attached Supplemental Affidavit of Jerry N.
Wilson, since the filing of Mr. Wilson's affidavit of July 14, 1986, it has come to his attention that certain statements contained in that previous affidavit may be erroneous.
Accordingly, the Staff respectfully requests that the Board accept the attached Supplemental Affidavit of Jerry N.
Wilson in order to correct his previous affidavit filed July 14, 1986.
