4 REVISION 47 TO THE ST. LUCIE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN (CASE CONTROL NUMBER N5S76VA50033596)

Backaround:

i By letter dated October 9, 1995, Florida Power and Light Company submitted j Revision 47 to the Physical Security Plan.

EVALUATION:

j The attachment represents an accurate summary of the changes made. The

i

. Revision does not appear to lessen the effectiveness of the previously i

. approved Plan, and are, therefore, acceptable for inclusion in the Plan.

l On November 7,1995, the inspector discussed telephonically with the licensee

the last item on the summary of changes for clarification. There was not a t

notation on which portion of the Technical Specification (TS) would be removed i

and replaced with paragraph 14.4 Through discussion with the licensee, the inspector learned that the intention is to remove Paragraph 6.5.1.6(1) of the i

TS rather than Paragraph 6.8.2 as the inspector. originally thought. The licensee has not yet submitted to the NRC the Technical Specification change.

! This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
