SAFEGUARDS REVIEW REPORT REVISION 45 TO THE ST. LUCIE PHYSICAL PLAN (CASE CONTROL NUMBER N5574VA50033595) AND REVISION 17 TO THE TRAINING PLAN (CASE CONTROL NUMBER N5T73VG500033595)

BACKGROUND: By letter dated July 6,1995, Florida Power and Light Company submitted fevision 45 to the Physical Security Plan and Revision 17 to the Training and Qualification Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

EVALUATION: The attachments represent accurate summaries of the changes made.

Thefevisions do not appear to lessen the effectiveness of the

,D previously approved Plans and are, therefore, acceptable for inclusion in the Plans.
