BACKGROUND: By letter dated July 6,1995, Florida Power and Light Company submitted fevision 45 to the Physical Security Plan and Revision 17 to the Training and Qualification Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

EVALUATION: The attachments represent accurate summaries of the changes made.

Thefevisions do not appear to lessen the effectiveness of the previously approved Plans and are, therefore, acceptable for

,D inclusion in the Plans.
