By letters dated February 8 and 23, 1995, Florida Power and Light j
Company submitted Revisions 42 and 43 to the St. Lucie Physical Security Plan j
under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

EVALUATION: The enclosed represents an accurate summary of the changes made.
The revisions do not appear to lessen the effectiveness of the previously 1
approved Plan and are, therefore, acceptable for incle.sion in the plan.
