' PROPOSAL ON SEISMIC DESIGN CRITERIA I have attached copies of Dr. White and Dr. Zudans consultants report as per my previous communication. Dr. Trifunac has made an oral report to Dr. Okrent.

e Copies of Dr. Donoghues January 27, 1982 report and my March 24, 1982 report are included under this tab. Time has been scheduled on Saturday, June s,1982 to write a response to Commissioner Gilinsky on this subject.
