This refers to the predocketing inspection conducted by Messrs. Crossman, L*ppy Hall, and Stewart of this office on June 5-7, 1974, cf your quality gy; assurance program for design and procurement activities related to your application for a construction permit for the South Texas Project, g @. g and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspectors with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
