This firm is involved in litigation arising out of bonds issued to finance construction of two nuclear plants by the Washington Public Power Supply System ("WPPSS").
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC section 552, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, 10 CFR section 9.3 et seq., I am requesting access to the following materials:
